Base Salaries. CEL & Associates, Inc. uses data from the National Real Estate Compensation and Benefits Survey, as well as additional proprietary databases to benchmark key positions. We will recommend a list of peer organizations with which to compare base salaries.

Annual Incentive Programs. CEL & Associates, Inc.'s specialists will assist companies in determining appropriate target levels for annual incentive plans. We can also recommend performance measures, design evaluation systems, and create individual performance scorecards to generate a results-based reward system.

Long-Term Incentive Programs. CEL & Associates, Inc. advises companies on the most effective way to structure their long-term incentive plans.
