In order to accurately assess their compensation program, organizations must obtain data on the compensation levels of their closest competitors. CEL & Associates, Inc.'s COMPare Reports provide a "custom cut" of our data, in which compensation data is extracted from a sample of comparable firms that are selected based on the comparative criteria provided by our clients. This allows our clients to select firms of similar size, with similar properties, and in the same region. The COMPare Report calculates the base salary, the target bonus, the actual bonus, and the total cash compensation at fiftieth and seventy-fifth percentiles for the comparable group.
