Natalie utilizes more than 26 years of business leadership as the foundation for her work. Achieving success quickly in the field of investment real estate, her first vice president position was at the age of 26.
She has served in executive management positions with a national developer, two major national syndication firms, and as asset manager for a lending institution. She managed a real estate portfolio valued over $300 million, with more than $45 million in revenues.

For more than 21 years, Natalie has delivered keynotes and training programs to private organizations, public agencies, and professional associations throughout the United States, Canada, and South Korea. As well as traditional training formats, her instructional activities include interactive satellite-training and online training. Participants benefit greatly from her success in business and continuous studies in leadership and performance improvement. Natalie is a recipient of the "Bronze Microphone Award" given by the National Speakers Association of Greater Los Angeles.

Natalie obtained IREM's Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1980. In 1988,
Natalie became a member of IREM's esteemed faculty and continues to serve internationally and trains new faculty.
