Employee Opinion Surveys

Employee opinion surveys are the cornerstone of many Best In Class real estate organizations. Knowing how employees view the communications, leadership, reward systems and values of the company is an important component when shaping operating policies. Quantifying the barriers to an employee's optimal performance and understanding how employees view the company's attitude toward empowerment, career development, and decision-making can lead to proactive solutions that improve morale and performance. CEL & Associates, Inc. has developed an employee opinion survey process called Feedback.

Field-tested and utilized by real estate firms nationwide, Feedback measures employee opinions within eight Employee Opinion Factors and three Satisfaction Indexes. Companies using Feedback are able to quantify those departments, divisions and/or employee groupings (e.g., Executives, Managers and Staff) that are the most and least satisfied -- and why.
