National Real Estate Compensation & Benefits Survey

The National Real Estate Compensation and Benefits Survey, conducted annually since 1989, has been acknowledged as the compensation benchmark for the real estate industry. Data is available from approximately 400 leading real estate companies - making this survey the largest of its kind in the U.S.

Data are summarized by location, employer size, type of organization (REITs, privately-held, etc.), and employer specialization (Office, Residential, Retail, etc.) in an overall Job Profile for each position. Information on base salary and annual incentives is available for 117 positions. Summary data on long-term incentives and housing allowances is also included. The entire report is over 250 pages in length.
